It's a good system if you can keep from making many mistakes. No call or no show, will load up points against you. If you cannot make it in to work, you have to call them at least two hours ahead of your work schedule. I used to have a sore back, but you have to keep moving! Working hard will help a sore back. It's good if you have a limitation of some kind, like, a bum knee or something. If you're not working hard enough, that is a mistake as well. Coming in late is a big one., Raising your voice when talking to your supervisor, or manager, that is a NoNo! Even if you only trying to defend yourself. Stealing anything from the company is bad. Mistakes are basically anything you can think of. So it's easy to get on their penalty list. Oldest mistake gets easrased., as it passes 6 months. And they don't take it off your record for a long time, like 6 months. Their tally of each employee's mistakes they keep a record of is too much!. Stupid on my part, but they were stupid to let me go.
